Assessment

How You Will Be Assessed

Step 01

Module Assignments

An assignment is completed in each module and marked externally.

Step 02

Final Project

After completing the coursework, candidates complete a final project. This may involve preparing a policy manual for a microfinance institution or preparing a restructuring paper for an inefficient MFI using a supplied case study.

Step 03

Certificate Requirement

Candidates must achieve a mark of at least 60% in each coursework component and in the final project to receive the Certificate in Microfinance.
